Green Anole and Oaks

This watercolor is painted on an 11 x 14 inch piece of cold press paper. There are many beautiful live Oaks in this coastal area. We also have many green anole lizards. They have a red throat and will extend it to communicate a warning, a greeting, or as a mating gesture.
