Neptune's Fool

This is a piece built with inks and watercolors on torn watercolor and rice papers. It is a statement piece of how we have consistently polluted and fouled our waters and oceans and all life has suffered because of it. This collage measures 17 x 20 inches. We should have been better stewards of this earth.
